6:54 AM Why?
If....
you are like me you keep lists, on paper, in your head, scrawled on rocks...whatever. They are:
-lists of things that need to be done
- lists of things that we would like to do (hopefully)
-lists of things we are really not sure why we keep a list of them
Alot of our lists come with timeframes. Laundry and bills both must be done in a set time frame. The lists of hopeful things usually is "without time."
Try this....
first go through all your lists and write down the reasons why you are doing such a thing. Even for things like laundry and groceries, identify what that means to you and why you do it.We like clean clothes for a lot of reasons, sometimes it has to do with the impression we need people to have of us in our workplace - why is that important? and so on....why shop where you shop? Buy the foods that you buy? Do the things that you do? What is your objective?
Then look at the things that you are doing or want to do and put them together , break everything down into as many small steps as possible and set up time frames to get things done.
