Diversity

There is a danger in focusing too much on diversity.

Sometimes, the clarity of sight it takes to recognize the differences that exist between us all and the drive to them respect these difference prevents us from seeing that in the end - we are all the same.

We all come to the same end, and have the same thoughts and worries and fears. We may just have different frameworks into which we go to find or sense of meaning about these things.

Diversity is good, respect for differences is good, but being able to see where we are all the same - even better.
