4:59 AM simple things
What is it that you want?
No, not the list of items or milestones that you have assigned meaning to as telling you it has arrived, but what is it that you are looking for? Is it love? Security? Contentment? A good night's sleep?
Write it down. Then make a list of everything in your life that does not support it. Everything. If you want peace and spend most of your time watching TV dramas that are not about peace - recognize that. If you want Love but keep picking the same type of person who is incapable of giving it - ask yourself why.
Look at what is in your life and in your habits and see which things support what it is you profess to want and keep them. Identify all the things that are in opposition and ask yourself, why do I do this? Adjust as needed, but remember, small steps. Make changes that you can accomplish easily. Like, if you want to do 50 situps a day and only ever do 25 and then only every other day, try deciding just to do 25 a day and let yourself build a history of accomplishing what you set out to do before asking more or yourself.
