Things are...a little slow and a little pokey but slowly returning to some semblance of normality.

Or more accurately...time to go to plan B.

When you try something, when you go out on a limb, you should always believe with all your heart that things will go the way you desire but...you should also recognize the reality that often when one makes plans, we make them in the dark, having never done the things that we are setting out to do before.

Having an alternate plan, even if it is just a planned cut off point for the first one in which you decide that it is time to fall back and rethink how you are doing things and where you want to go is a good idea for anyone. To try and cling to plans you made while you were in the dark is not a good idea.

Funny though, how reluctant we can be to change what we are doing. Sit and suffer. Complain. Give up. But change your approach? That, which is the easiest of things to do seems to become the hardest.

I am not sure at which point in my recovery from bugs and flu and hunger I managed to pull or pinch a muscle in my neck but there it is. While moaning around the house I noticed that MK was dragging around too. Acting strangely, that is when I discovered that she had managed to get a wound to her belly so I have been playing Doctor to both of us.

And as we both get better we are both slightly getting on each other's nerves. But there is no way she is allowed back outside until her scab is a little more set in place.

In the middle of all this...I have found ChaCha. ChaCha is a free SMS service where you can text in any question, and I mean any question, and some one like me sits there and finds the answer for you. It is...like playing a game and is just what the doctor ordered. It by no means is a money maker but in the middle of my big seriousness, I log in and the doorbell starts ringing and crazy questions come in and I have about 3 minutes to find the answer. Half an hour or so of that and you would think that Julie Andrews had come spinning into the cave and delivered a double expresso, gave me a neck rub and reminded me of my favourite things and I am back on track.

Funny what can pick you up and get you going.

I moved the text for the workshop. It is still on odijoo but there are still technical problems there. Now, you can either go to http://www.onlineworkshops.ws on your computer to take it or, go to http://m.loveandwords.mobi on your cell phone. The audio is coming, unfortunately I am going to have to host that at a paid site so I figured I would put all the audio together and for 99 cents you can download the whole 1/2 hour or so thing. But, the text part is still free and you don't have to jump through hoops or sign up for anything this time (or watch an 8 minute video to figure out how to log on).

Change, switch, start moving again.
